Razz Hab
Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
1 tsp butter or margarine
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick 1 1/4 lb
1 cup Razz Hab Wing Sauce and Marinade
2 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 tsp grated orange zest
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat, add chops
and cook 5-7
minutes on each side until browned on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients, spoon evenly over chops in
skillet.
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until chops are cooked
through, turning
occasionally.
You can drizzle the chops with the remaining sauce when
